When a job is booked or completed
Name, service address, phone number, email address if provided, a record of the work performed, airflow readings taken, before-and-after photographs of the vent and ductwork, and the amount charged and payment method used. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; full card numbers are never seen or stored by this business.
When you visit the website
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Standard server logs kept by the web host may record IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

Photographs of your property
Before-and-after photographs are taken as part of the service and given to you. Photographs are only used publicly — on this website, on Google, or in printed material — with your specific permission, asked for at the time. Photographs are of ductwork and vent hoods, not of your home's interior generally, and no address is ever published alongside them.
Who else sees it
- The payment processor, for the purpose of taking payment
- The web host and email provider, in the ordinary course of hosting
- Anyone required by law, if we are legally compelled
Where a job is referred to another contractor — for example a roof-terminating vent — only the details needed for them to contact you are shared, and only with your agreement.
How long it is kept
Job records, including airflow readings and photographs, are kept for as long as they are useful for servicing your property again, and in any case no longer than seven years, which covers the ordinary period for tax and dispute purposes. Enquiries that do not result in a job are deleted within twelve months.
Your choices
