- I call or text you back
Same day if you reach me before the evening. I'll ask two or three questions about where your dryer sits and where the vent exits, because that's what decides how long the job takes.
- We pick a time
Most jobs run forty-five minutes to an hour and a quarter. You'll get a text when I'm on my way, not a four-hour window.
- I measure before I touch anything
Airflow reading at the vent, written down, before any brush goes in. That's the number the after-reading gets compared to.
- I clean the full run and measure again
Rotary brush through the whole duct, lint out, exterior hood checked and cleared. Then the second reading, taken with you standing there.
- You get the numbers and the photos
Both readings and before-and-after photos, yours to keep. If the numbers barely moved, I'll tell you why and what would actually fix it — and I won't charge you to come back and repeat something that didn't work.
